Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. You then have another 14 days to return the goods once your request has been accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted if it is after 14 days of you receiving your item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Returning the item(s)
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@littlecornerboutique.co.uk.
Re-pack the item(s) in a sealed bag with the labels and tags still attached. Please include your order number and send your return to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for any items we do not receive. Please obtain your proof of postage.
Unfortunately, as we are a small independent company we cannot offer a free returns service. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Email us at sales@littlecornerboutique.co.uk giving us the details of the fault and including a picture if possible so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will then be in contact with you regarding the return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, first please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Alterations
We offer alterations to store items FREE of charge!
Payments for the item(s) are to be made before the alteration is done.
Once the item(s) has been altered you can no longer return them to us so please be 100% sure you're happy with the purchase.
